Cheese Making Class

Join Chef Kerri in the kitchen and learn the how and why of cheesemaking. Learn about ingredients, techniques, tools, and skills are required to culture, drain, and ripen cheeses.Together we will make, Greek Yogurt Labneh, Ricotta, and Mozzarella.
