Join Sarah Marshall, author of "Preservation Pantry" and founder of Marshall's Haute Sauce, for a fantastic afternoon all about food preservation. Gear up for the summer harvest by learning pickling and water bath canning techniques that will allow you to extend your harvest well into the winter. Sarah is also a pro at using the whole veggie from root to tip to reduce your food waste and open up new culinary horizons.
Every participant will be treated to snacks and get a signed copy of "Preservation Pantry" to bring home!
