Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't you serve pizza every Friday?
It takes over 10 staff members to execute a pizza happy hour and past experience has taught us that it is not financially sustainable unless we can guarantee a certain level of customer traffic. By only serving pizza once a month we are hoping to make it a more special occasion and by limiting it to 100 guests we are ensuring that everyone has a good experience. Reservations and advance payment allow us to predict traffic in advance and guarantee a fun and profitable event.
What about the non-pizza Happy Hours?
For folks who want the community ties without the pizza (or commitment that a reservation requires) our regular happy hours will serve lots of local beverages accompanied with light bites and small plates. As always, the menu will focus on delicious, locally sourced (and organic) ingredients prepared with love and care. Think charcuterie plates, mezze platters, fresh salads, and more. Less multi-course dinner, and more shared small bites.
Can I still bring my kids to happy hour?
Absolutely! However, we've had a real struggle with kids going "rogue" in the past so we really, really want to ask that you please supervise your children while they are here. We are a working farm and not really suitable for unsupervised children. Your children are your responsibility so please keep an eye on them and ensure that they, and other patrons, can enjoy their time on the farm.
