The Manav Foundation and Our Table's recently completed agrivoltaic system allows our farm to generate 100% of its electricity (with battery backup) while also providing much-needed controllable shading to heat-sensitive crops below the solar panels.
This one-of-a-kind project is the basis for a research partnership between Oregon State University and The Manav Foundation to conduct research on agrivoltaic cropping systems at a commercial scale on the Our Table farm.
