An Oregon protein mix that spans from the coast to inland farms, this meat subscription is composed of fish, chicken, pork, and beef. Specifically included are ground beef, pork chops, honey maple ham, pork sausage, whole chicken, and fish filet that have all been conscientiously raised or caught. You can trust that these creatures lived freely, ate a healthy diet, grew to an appropriate weight, and were carefully processed--all of which contribute to the creation of succulent meats. Before the start of your subscription, we'll send you the details of pick-up via e-mail. Please note that we do not offer a refund should you depart the season early.

Who's behind these foods? Deck Family Farm is one of the only sustainable, multi-species, and pasture raised meat producers in Oregon. They breed, raise, and harvest Heritage Galloway Beef, Red Wattle Hogs, La Belle Rouge chickens, spring lamb, and all manner of colorful laying hens. Animals are grazed on 350 acres of grassy pasture before being humanely harvested and processed into tasty cuts and roasts.
Community Supported Fishery (CSF), located out of Garibaldi, is a collective of fishermen and fisherwomen that sustainably catches and processes Oregon's beautiful seafood. With its own boats and processing facility, CSF is able to closely maintain the quality and consistency of its product from boat to table.
The 60-acre home of Our Table Cooperative in Sherwood is where our Cornish Cross chickens are raised by Worker Members. They come to us as chicks from a local hatchery, spend time on pasture in our mobile chicken tractors (Joel Salatin style), and are finally harvested on-farm. In keeping with Permaculture principles, the presence of these birds is essential to the diversified and stacked ecosystem that we cultivate on our farm.
