Above all, food and meals are about time together – in the field, in the kitchen, and around the table. By becoming a member, you will be joining your farmers and regional producers to create more of these moments in our local food community.

Once we have processed your application, we will send you a membership packet in the mail which will include membership cards and further information on the rights and responsibilities associated with your ownership share of the Cooperative.

You must purchase product from the Cooperative at least once per calendar year to keep your membership "active". Active members may resign their membership for a full refund of the original share price. If you elect to pay for your membership share in installments, you will be paying the first installment of $25 today and your credit card will be automatically charged $25 each month for the next 5 months.

CONSUMER MEMBERSHIP DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
  1. Our Table Cooperative is a cooperative corporation organized under the cooperative laws of the state of Oregon.
  2. A copy of the Cooperative’s Articles of Incorporation and its Bylaws will be furnished without charge to each member upon written request. Requests should be sent to the Cooperative’s offices at 13390 SW Morgan Rd, Sherwood OR 97140.
  3. The sale or transfer of a share or membership of the Cooperative is prohibited, except for transfer to the Cooperative, as provided in the Articles of Incorporation of the Cooperative, a copy of which is available at the registered office of the Cooperative.
