To compliment the radishes, which should be delicious raw, leaves and roots included, we have a bit of mizspoona and another baby head of lettuce this week. Mizspoona is another delicate brassica green, similar to last week's golden frill but milder still. I'd definitely pile my sandwich high with it, and use the rest to make a salad with the lettuce and sliced radish. Louis says he loves radish greens raw but I prefer them lightly sautéed with a bit of olive oil and salt. Eat them however you like.
