A little tardy on the post for this week. With blueberries and this unusually summery summer things are a bit crazy out at the farm. We continue with the early season array of vegetables...carrots, beet thinnings, lettuce and now, finally, cucumbers! Some of you got lemon cucumbers and some boothby blondes. There will be lots of different types rotating through your shares so don't worry, you will get to try them all! The boothby blonde is a sweet little cucumber with an odd appearance. On some the skin can be a little bitter so you may want to peel it.
