Louis here again, just thought a little silliness was warranted on this beautiful fall Thursday with Josh still hundreds of miles away. We apprentices were busy today though, harvesting and packing the shares this morning and weeding the beets and carrots this afternoon. It was rough walking through the spent summer crops searching for that last small morsel clinging to the vines so we could get it to your tables. But we did it! Enjoy that last little bit of summer color while you can, I know we sure will. Josh will be back doing the posts on Monday, so while I've got your attention I'd like to say thanks for letting us work for you! And, keep an eye out for apprentices falling off low brick walls. Til' next time.
