RAAB: A BIG raab share. When the weather doesn't cooperate in years such as this I can't stop being grateful for this delicious, beautiful and ever-giving crop. It looks like it is going to be sunny this weekend and grilled raab is fantastic: just add some olive oil to it and finish with some lemon.
RADISH MICROGREENS: A tender green with a gentle kick.
PARSLEY (Mini) and CILANTRO (Large) last week of these tender herbs!
THYME (Large): Spring thyme for your kitchen! I always just hang these little guys and take off of them as I go.
MUSTARD FLOWERS: I wouldn't normally put these in the CSA share but they are so beautiful this year. Not only are they good looking but they are great as a garnish or in a salad – tender and nutty! Many chefs use them as part of their
